Check your laptop’s specs to see what it supports. Decide between 16GB or 32GB based on performance needs. For a recommendation, look at the detailed information in your photo to choose the best fit.

I would choose one of these sets based on your budget. Here are the links:
- Mushkin Redline 16GB 2X8GB DDR4 3200 CL16 MRA4S320GJJM8GX2
- Mushkin Redline 32GB 2X16GB DDR4 3200 CL16 MRA4S320GJJM16GX2

I understand your concern about the frequency choice. The suggested rate is 2666MHz, while the recommended frequency is 3200MHz.

2666mhz is the default processor frequency. Enabling XMP can technically push your RAM to reach those speeds. If XMP isn't reliable or doesn't work for your device, leaving it off will keep the RAM running at 2666 MHz. No problem! Note: The 2666 MHz configuration with 2x8 chips costs a dollar less than the 3200 model. The 2x16 package is actually pricier despite its slower rate. Whether the higher speed fits your system, trying it out seems sensible. Edited February 5, 2023 by TylerD321 Extra info
