I'm using Windows 7. I had a Windows 10 preview but had to erase the drive for some reason. I'm part of the insider program but can't locate the preview download. I have my Windows 10 upgrade on hold, but I'd like to install it as a dual boot setup. I want this mainly because Saitek doesn't release drivers for Windows 10.

Get the RTM, sign in to your account, and you should be back into the insider program. https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/software.../windows10 If not, adjust settings via Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Advanced Options to activate it.

Releasing to manufacturing involves the final version for production. Windows 10 is available now, though an insider program remains accessible for those who choose to join.

It functioned, yet it reminds me to enable it for a personalized experience.

You didn't receive the free upgrade at all. (Meaning you didn't move from Windows 7/Windows 8.1 and then reinstall Windows 7 again.) Generally, the Insider program should be available without activation, particularly if you log in with your Microsoft account. If you're stuck, back up your Windows 7 partition, upgrade to Windows 10 to get it activated, and then restore your Windows 7 backup. Once on Windows 10, it should already be active (you might need to reinstall it).

I followed the link provided. It’s not too important, but it’s frustrating not being able to adjust Windows settings easily.
