Your Windows 7 Enterprise edition PC isn’t compatible with upgrading to Windows 10, but your parents’ system running Win7 Ultimate might be. You could request a transfer of the installation media or setup instructions from their machine to your PC.

It doesn't seem correct—Windows 10 doesn't activate by comparing your PC details to its records. Transferring an upgraded license between devices isn't possible at this time.

Based on my analysis, it isn't possible to move forward with the upgrade. The enterprise version remains unchanged.
