there are 140mm fans featuring 120mm mounting holes. Ensure they don't interfere with other parts. Instead of using a single 140mm fan with a 120mm screw hole like the silverstone model, consider a push-pull setup—one fan pushes air while another pulls it. As mike mentioned, the H60 model has a weak pump with low flow and weak static head pressure. To boost cooling capacity, you can opt for top-tier TIMs such as Hydranaut, Arctic Silver MX5, and pair them with a better case fan to achieve optimal positive air pressure in your system.

No, the pump wouldn't work well even with a changed radiator. It's also an AIO cooler, making any adjustments difficult and needing extra hardware to make it practical.
