Hey everyone, I just upgraded my CPU and GPU recently. After the GPU install, I noticed the GPU check in BIOS is very long—often around 50 seconds before it starts. I assumed it was due to the new GPU, but now I see most of that time is spent with no display output. My CPU is running at R5 3600 and the GPU is a RX 5700 XT. The motherboard is ASUS PRIME B550-PLUS, and I’m using a Samsung 970 EVO drive. Do you know what might be causing this or how to fix it? Thanks!

No, I don't have a BIOS to check. Please confirm your current motherboard BIOS version.

I made sure the BIOS was up to date prior to installing the new CPU.

Fast boot is activated. It seems this should speed up the process instead of slowing it down.

Turn it off now. I believe this will assist.
