Hello, I need help improving my old setup to Windows 11 for my wife. It’s a bit tricky. I used the WindowsPCHEalthCheckSetup.msi and discovered that TPM 2.0 wasn’t turned on in the BIOS. I fixed it, and now the HealthCheck says everything is fine. But when I try to update Windows, it says the requirements aren’t met. That’s confusing. Could you help me figure out what went wrong or guide me through installing Windows 11? Also, I installed Windows 10 without a Microsoft account. My CPU is an Intel Core i7 9700, and I have a MSI B360-A PRO motherboard with 16GB RAM. I also have a HyperX FURY black DDR4 GPU, Gigabyte RTX2070, and a few drives. The system shows a German language OS, but I’m not sure how to proceed. Thanks!

Do you worry about storing data on the device? If not, I’d prefer using Rufus to set it up, bypassing those unnecessary conditions.

Yes, you'd likely have to purchase a fresh Windows license for it.

The project FlyOOBE on GitHub offers similar functionality to Rufus for converting ISO images to Windows 10, then upgrading to Windows 11 while preserving apps and files. Note: If moderation believes it appears illegal, the post should be removed.

Consider giving your system some time before checking again. PCHealthCheck provides immediate feedback on BIOS or hardware changes that enable an upgrade from W10 to W11. Windows updates only verify once every few days, so initial uncertainty means you might not see the upgrade option until it's checked again. Note: I just noticed the date stamp—possibly a mistake, as I usually confirm it was yesterday. If the issue persists and your system still reports an unsupported update status, there may be a problem.
