There seems to be an issue with the CPU support on your Windows 10 PC despite meeting the minimum requirements. It might be worth checking the system specifications or exploring possible workarounds.

The reason is because MS stated so. There are no other explanations. To work around it, just read this site. How to Bypass Windows 11's TPM, CPU and RAM Requirements Use basic tools to set up Windows 11 on any computer.

Your CPU lacks fTPM capabilities, which Microsoft introduced as a necessity for Windows 11. Although alternatives are available, you might not be able to receive updates. Reports suggest some users can still manage this, though it isn't assured.

This machine is quite fast and powerful compared to some newer models. I'll need to look into fTPM later.

Sorry, this setup includes a Powerspec PC with Intel Core i7-6700K, 64-bit configuration, ASRock motherboard Z17O, Socket LGA-1151, along with a Samsung SSD 250 GB and a Toshiba HDD 1 TB.

Your CPU doesn't support fTPM.
Unless there's some absolute need to go to Windows 11, just stick with Windows 10 until it reaches EOL and make a decision of what to do from that point.

Be mindful of the upgrade. I've noticed some issues when running older games on a newer system, especially those from before 2018. My Fallout 4 (launched in 2015) functions properly on Windows 11 with all necessary updates. However, the PC includes Windows 11. See my sig.
