Upgrade to win10/11 version
There is no way to erase everything without formatting the disk or using a USB installation of Windows.
It seems you're unsure, but generally Windows offers fresh install or upgrade choices.
Choosing the upgrade route keeps your data and settings intact, while a clean install lets you decide whether to remove or format the main drive. If you skip cleanup, Windows will move everything to a "Windows.old" folder and install Windiws, requiring full reinstallation of programs and manual data transfer. Be aware that this folder will be deleted automatically after 10 days unless you take action. Using Disk Cleanup may erase it unless you disable the option. Whichever method you select, always back up your information to avoid loss.
