Consider upgrading to a GPU first. Swapping the i5 9600KF for a used i7 8700K (6c12t) or i7 9700K (8c8t) would match its performance with the i5 10400/11400 or Ryzen 3600X shown in the video.

I own a Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1660 OC with 6GB GDDR5, Regnum RG4T, black finish, MSI Mpg Z390 gaming motherboard. It runs Intel Z390 LGA 1151, has 16GB DDR4 RAM (3200MHz), and the system powers at 9kW with an Intel Core i5-9600KF. Purchase the most affordable AM5 configuration and allocate the remaining funds for a GPU. Neither will be effective alone. Consider upgrading both components or waiting until you can afford them together. If immediate spending is necessary, prioritize the GPU and possibly a power supply unit.
