I’m considering an upgrade for your Dell Inspiron N3010 with 2x2GB 1333MHz DDR3. Would you like to upgrade to 2x4GB RAM? Should I go with DDR3 or DDR3L? Also, should I increase the memory speed to 1600MHz? You’re running Windows 10 x64.

If your CPU and motherboard support 1600, the cost should remain similar, right? Also, avoid DDR3, a regular DDR3 will work just fine.
