It’s about performance at what point it matters. From a gaming angle, a few more frames per second help, especially on RPCS3 where the benefits are clear. The 3D engine also helps with caching, which is useful for games. Having eight cores makes a big difference in my experience, and I’m playing mostly at 60fps on a 165Hz display. Personally, six cores aren’t worth it—especially since I often run at 60fps on a 1440p screen. The 5600X offers solid value, but pairing it with a 3600 is tricky; you’d need a much stronger CPU to avoid bottlenecks in many titles.
