I assemble a system using 2015 PC specs, an A10 7850K, 8GB RAM at 1866MHz. Recently I upgraded with a used R9 280X and a cooler Master H410R. I’m experiencing strange texture issues and FPS drops in games like GTA V and Shadow of the Tomb Raider. My CPU seems to be limiting performance. Anyone recommend a budget CPU? Also, since I can’t afford a new motherboard, suggest a good budget processor in the FM2 range.
