Upgrade suggestions for your r5 3600 on an msi b450 carbon gaming pro with 16gb 3200mhz ram and a sapphire nitro+ 5700xt. Play AAA games at 2k 144hz. Consider upgrading to a 5600x/5800x with a 6800/6800xt for better performance.

Do you plan to game in 4K? do you have a 4K monitor? If not, I wouldn't upgrade. If, with your current setup, you're able to play 2K @ 144hz... well, I am a little jealous!
Also, we are still waiting for RX6000 series to be reviewed. So wait a little for all the info to be released to make a more educated decision.

Thanks for the update. I'm currently using a ViewSonics 32in 1440p at 144Hz, and I'm not planning to upgrade. When I mention playing all games at 144Hz, I mostly get around 100-120fps, not hitting 144fps consistently. Maybe I should wait about six months to see how things develop. Thanks again!
