I received it this morning and spent a while experimenting with it. It’s quite powerful. The performance improvement was greater than I anticipated. It really extends its movement on a 3840x1600 display. Up to now, playing tough games like BF2042—with AVX load and maximum GPU usage—I didn’t face any power issues. The system runs smoothly and appears stable. A minor issue is the GPU temperature target; it constantly tries to maintain 69-70°C. Currently, ambient is about 20°C, it stays at 30°C when idle with fans off, reaches 70°C during heavy load with fans spinning around 1400 RPM (not noticeable, especially with headphones). In summer, temperatures will rise to 30°C outside plus humidity, making it louder. My next upgrade plan is to switch to the Ryzen 7000 series. I expect something like a 7800X3D, 32 GB DDR5 memory, and a solid motherboard for moderate overclocking. It fits perfectly—no space between it and the fans. Having a fan mounted on top of the GPU is unusual, but honestly, this machine looks impressive. I’ve always appreciated Nvidia’s reference designs.
