You can still obtain Windows 8.1 using the 8.1 Enterprise ISO if you have the activation key. Even though you've already installed Windows 8, the ISO provides a direct path to install the desired version.

@ lani100 has the right point; the keys are unique. If I'm right, you won't be able to upgrade without another Microsoft service. Concerning the update problem, please read further. As stated on their site: To receive the update, you must obtain an 8.1 Enterprise key. Your standard key won't work with the 8.1 isos.
