Definitely opt for Windows 11 with the 13700k. The E-cores won’t function properly on Windows 10; you must use Windows 11 for the 13th generation. It should maintain your drivers by upgrading from 10 to 11, or if not, simply reinstall the necessary drivers—such as GPU, Wi-Fi, and motherboard-specific ones. Share your motherboard model and I’ll provide the exact driver links you need.

No drivers needed; 10 and 11 typically rely on the same ones. For safety, download the GPU and chipset drivers ahead of time—you should be okay.

Just moved from Windows 10 to 11 yesterday. Before proceeding, create a backup of your User folder (C: -> Users -> your name) including hidden files. After the upgrade, confirm nothing is missing from your account in Windows.old. You can remove it easily—it's a straightforward process. Just need to clear space on your C drive first. Also, run the "sfc /scannow" command in Command Prompt to check for system corruption.
