They're not able to proceed. You need 1151v2 for the 9600 but only have 1150. It's really a poor deal—consider a Ryzen 5 3600 on a B450 AM4 board instead. Much better performance and value.

Unfortunately, it's not possible. Also, I don't think upgrading from a CPU with limited threads to another with fewer issues is a good idea. Follow the advice given.
