In my view, Windows 10 outperforms versions 7 and 8. People often worry about Microsoft's tracking, but I don’t mind since all information remains private.

I’d stick with Windows 7 until it becomes obsolete or no longer useful. Some programs perform better there and appear more polished without the constant updates and pre-installed software.
