I tried but the support for this product was taken away. The only info I found was that site https://hpdriverscenter.net/hp-compaq-dc...c-drivers/. I installed the BIOS from there. Now I have the 786F6 v03.14 and I need to confirm it's the newest version, since I'm planning to buy a Phenom II x4 9750 processor.

Did you verify if this chipset is compatible with your system? The 9750 isn’t listed on the product page.

Absolutely! I've noticed some people on YouTube testing different CPUs, like Am2+ and Am3, and they've had success. The new processor you got is performing really well too!

It would be good if it functioned properly. I usually avoid testing extensively beyond the official support channels since I prefer not to delay returns or lose money. Has the performance change been observed?

I didn't test any benchmarks, but the older chip struggled heavily with Windows. This new one runs perfectly. For reference, FPS jumped from 150 to 250 in CS 1.6. In LOL the client lagged, now it's smooth. The game was hitting 50 FPS before, now it's solid at 60. The graphics card is a GeForce GT 530 2 GB low profile and seems to be limited by the previous setup.
