You’ve talked to them, they didn’t seem helpful and just told you it can’t be done. They mentioned it’s not removable, but you actually had it in your hands. Do you think the same applies to the 970m 3GB? Can I swap it for a 970m 6GB version?

970M can be soldered. Regarding Masai, I meant the manual, not online support.
