Hello everyone, looking for any advice on this problem. I'm replacing my 8700K with a 9900K, and everything seems to be working after the new CPU boots into BIOS. The error code 0xc0000428 keeps appearing. I've changed the RAM, removed all peripherals and HDDs, and even tried different GPUs and PSUs. I've checked every BIOS setting from secure boot to fast boot, but nothing seems to resolve it. I also ran diagnostics using CMD and tried various fixes for the bootloader and manager. Despite connecting a minimal setup, the issue persists when switching back to the 9900K. My motherboard has no visible damage, temperatures are normal in BIOS, and the CPU appears fine. I've also tested all suggested solutions. Could anyone help? Thanks!
