Choosing a budget motherboard can restrict future upgrades, so it might be better to invest in something like a Z390. A H310 motherboard is not worth the effort, but it’s ultimately up to your friend’s preferences. Above 9500 dollars, the 9600kf offers only a modest 5 fps improvement on average. It wasn’t the best option, but it’s a personal choice.
