I'm exhausted from the drop in CPU performance with each BIOS update. My 3700X barely reaches 4.2Ghz on single core at 57°C, while 4Ghz all cores hit 67°C. It performed better before. After researching, I found that version 1.0.0.3ABBA from a year ago gave the best boost and scores for Ryzen 3000. I'm currently using the latest build—can I revert to 1.0.0.3ABBA? Are there any risks? Will the upgrade process match the installation steps? Full build details: MSI MPG x570 Gaming Plus, Ryzen 7 3700X, Gigabyte RTX 2060 Super Gaming OC, G.Skill Trident Z 2x8GB at 3200MHz CL16, 2x1TB SSD SATA, 1TB HDD, Corsair RM 650i, MasterCase MC600P.
