Theres a good chance you're limited by the monitor to 60 FPS then. What sort of issues are you experiencing?

It reaches 70-75 when I'm not playing Discord alongside the game. It's not always about problems; I just want to enjoy a higher resolution and smoother FPS in the game I play.

On a standard 1920x1080 display at 60 Hz, upgrading to a higher resolution and refresh rate would make a noticeable difference. I suggest a 1440p monitor with 144Hz and the most powerful GPU you can buy. If you're on a tighter budget, it won't drastically change your performance but could enhance your gaming experience slightly. You'll still be limited to around 60 FPS unless your monitor supports higher refresh rates. Reducing input lag and improving frame timing would be beneficial. Also, consider adding at least 16 GB of dual-channel RAM depending on your current setup.
