I moved my OS to the SSD by transferring it using a tool like Windows Disk Management or third-party utilities. If you need to fully remove and reinstall, back up your data first and follow the steps in your OS installation guide.

I prefer new installations. They provide a blank canvas without pre-existing clutter. If you intend to retain your HDD for important files, remember to transfer folders like "My Documents, Pictures, Videos" from your SSD to the HDD to conserve space.

Also check the fresh install ID, I ran into this problem too, but I thought about reinstalling since if you somehow mirror it you could end up in a tough debugging situation.
