You can locate the installation program for your USB drive by checking the Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit installation files. Since Microsoft no longer provides the ISO, look in your system's downloads folder or search for "Windows 7 ISO" there.

I received my key, but Windows 7 64-bit Home Premium X64 English causes an error page, and similar links also fail.
