Hello, Issue: Your PC recently switched from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and altered how the local account is managed. Now it has a duplicate of the local account and another account appears as the new default. After starting in this default setting, many of your regular apps are missing. I think the problem lies with the "local" account. Can you adjust permissions or applications to be accessible globally? Or move the user data to another account? If you need PC specifications, let me know.

You can return to your local account whenever you wish. In Settings --> Account, unless you need to keep using an online Microsoft account.
