You're looking at setting up your network with the new Cloud Gateway Fiber. Since you already have fiber and an SPF module, the forum advice seems to suggest moving the module into a new box. Regarding VLAN 102, you want it on the wan interface with DHCP enabled, without a static IP. It sounds like you're trying to configure it as a media converter rather than a router. Make sure you follow the correct steps for VLAN setup and DHCP assignment, and check if there are any specific guidelines for your ISP that you haven't seen.

Hello, quick questions about your current configuration. What type of model does your ISP router come with? Is it a standard SFP module or something proprietary? Are you certain about DHCP? There are several options here, and you might need to set up PPPoE if you received a username/password from your ISP. If you share your ISP's name, that could be useful. I don’t have a UniFi Gateway but I do have some equipment—setup involves creating a VLAN under settings > network > create a virtual network. You can adjust ports and assign VLANs to them. Someone might be able to provide screenshots or more details if you can.

it is an sfp module, specifically a zyxel vmg8825. I believe it connects to the external IP via the mac address managed by the sfp module. From my understanding, I need to access external vlan 102 and route it through my internal network. This is for altibox, located in Norway. I don’t have login access to the router except through the ISP’s website, where they list a management vlan at 101 and another at 103 that I don’t use. All three vlans each have their own IP addresses as noted by a Norwegian user from 2015.
