Updated with a fresh motherboard and CPU, yet unusual issues persist.
I changed my CPU from i5 7400 to i5 11400 and used a Gigabyte H510M-S2H motherboard. When I power off my PC, all the RGB lights stop except for my USB headphones. I tried turning off and on the PSU and checked various online solutions, but nothing worked. My PSU is a Master V2 Bronze 650W and it performed well with my old components. The headphones used to shut off with other accessories, but now they don’t work with the keyboard and mouse. Could this indicate an issue with the motherboard or PSU?
Did you connect the headphones to the case ports or the motherboard's connections?
I've resolved the issue. After restarting ERP, it now functions properly. The headphones light up when the PSU or surge protector is switched on after a power outage, but the PC turns off normally. This behavior seems unusual and might require further investigation into power management settings or hardware configuration.
