You just installed a fresh Nzxt build with the latest 7900xtx and Ryzen 9 7900X processors, but right from the start you're encountering an error. The code is IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, which popped up immediately after plugging in and booting up. I’m not very familiar with computer systems, so I really need some guidance.

Absolutely agree, starting with the seller or manufacturer makes sense. For shipped PCs, it’s hard to say for sure—maybe something came loose during transport, the BIOS isn’t set up properly, or the OS drivers aren’t installed. That creates a lot of uncertainty. If we can’t figure things out through them, we’ll need complete specifications.

Check for driver or memory problems. Reset the memory and reboot. If that works, try booting in safe mode and reinstall the drivers. If it doesn’t, initiate the RMA with the manufacturer. Let me know if this assists.
