No. As requested, list all your PC details—including the operating system. Besides the game issues and needing a refund… Certain Windows 10 releases don’t work well together. A program might function fine until a significant update, after which it could become unusable. Have you checked Steam discussions or Reddit? Those are top spots for finding solutions and support for particular titles. Developers sometimes test these communities too.
