Updated the PPP username and password, but it’s still not working.
Hey everyone, I just moved into a new house and my ISP gave me a fresh username and password. It worked fine before I changed it, thinking it would be my new one. Now the DSL connections are set up in the WAN settings on the modem, but I’m not getting any internet and there’s a red LED indicating an issue. I’m not sure what to do next.
It seems the ISP might have been the issue. After a short wait, using the new credentials resolved the problem.
