I discovered the issue right away. I was managing cables before attempting any solutions, which gave me more room on my desk. This brought back a memory of a similar problem I faced before, but it wasn't related to the CPU or motherboard—it was connected to one of the three HDDs in my system. Last time I encountered this, I tried connecting them one at a time, but all worked, so I'm unsure which one caused it. The positive part is my CPU and motherboard are functioning properly. If any new issues arise with the CPU or motherboard, I'll bring it up in this thread again. Appreciate your assistance.
