Hello, I'm assembling a new PC and have reached the testing stage before finalizing the case. Currently, only the motherboard, power supply, CPU, cooler, and GPU are connected. When powered on, all fans spin, but no video appears and the CPU and DRAM debug lights stay active. I suspect the issue might be due to an incorrect BIOS version for a Ryzen 7 5800X3D, similar to what happened with a Ryzen 5 3600 in my previous build. What steps should I follow to resolve this? Thank you. My PC details: AsRock B550 Phantom Gaming 4/ac Ryzen 5 3600/Ryzen 7 5800X3D, Radeon RX 6950 XT, G.Skill Trident Z Neo 2x8GB, 3600 CL16, Gigabyte UD850GM, 80+ Gold Hyper 212 RGB.

You referenced your RAM earlier in the list, though it seems there was a mix-up. In your message, you clarified that the B550 Phantom Gaming 4/ac originally supported the 3600 with the factory BIOS, so installation should be straightforward once plugged in. Regarding the CMOS reset, you asked whether you performed a reset after switching back to the 3600—especially since you're dealing with similar symptoms on another system. The issue appears to stem from the CPU and RAM not communicating properly, possibly due to a faulty jumper or a misaligned BIOS update. You also shared experiences with other users facing comparable problems, noting that some fixes involve re-seating components or clearing CMOS settings.
