I just moved from a 7700k with an Asus Maximus IX Formula z270 to a 9900ks with an Asus Maximus XI formula z390. Both drives are the same, I can access the BIOS but can’t reach Windows. I have one SSD and one HD drive. Need help with that.

It doesn't display any warning; the spinning circle shows Windows attempting to load. Occasionally, after switching hardware, the system may not recognize the setup and won't start properly.
