The Mobo functioned but the RAM slots were overly loose, causing the cards to detach during the first boot after I acquired this vintage system. Since it was inexpensive, it wasn't a big deal (except it wouldn't fetch much). I removed the aluminum heat sinks. Are there any other options for recycling? Do gold refiners accept mobos?

There are many markings here. You might send it to a gold recovery facility, though they likely won’t be able to use anything from it. Generally, nothing useful comes from the board itself, except possibly the CPU and RAM which could be recovered. If the BIOS chip has a socket, you might salvage it, but it’s unlikely anyone would need it.

CPU functions well, but RAM appears damaged. I'm taking the button battery and searching for a BIOS chip.
