Hello, I just completed assembling a new PC on my own. I’m facing an issue where it powers off by itself only when idle, and the event log shows a kernel error 41. It doesn’t happen during active use—like playing games or watching YouTube—but if I pause a video, watch something, or leave the PC running, it shuts down again. I’ve tried several fixes: updated BIOS, changed chipset, removed GPU drivers, reinstalled, used different power cables, ran a memory diagnostic, checked temperatures, adjusted power settings to always stay on, and verified all connections. I also tested cables to see if they were properly connected. So far, nothing works. I’m not sure what else to try tomorrow—maybe inspect the components for proper seating. It’s confusing, but I’m not sure what’s causing it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
