I attempted to update the X570 motherboard online, after completing the update and confirming 'OK,' the system rebooted and displayed the "BIos Update Led Firmware" alert. Then I opened the case, removed the batteries, reinstalled them, and tried again, but the problem persisted.

Hold on, it will complete and restart properly. When your machine tells you "Do not restart or shut down," it's usually wise to pay attention—otherwise you might have accidentally disabled the built-in RGB lights.

I faced this problem yesterday. Observe that the RGB lighting froze. After 45 minutes it directed me to the BIOS screen and requested reverting to earlier settings. I attempted that but hadn't altered anything. I saved, exited, and then it launched Windows. I went to Armory Crate and updated everything. I restarted my system to finish the updates, but it repeated. So I powered down my computer and cut power. I stepped away to let all capacitors discharge and lights shut off. After turning the power back on, the system started without issues. I've booted a few times now and it's functioning properly, though the RGB lighting still needs restarting occasionally. I hope this assists you or others dealing with this issue.
