Hello, your recent upgrade to the B650 MSI TOMAHAWK with DeepCool AK620 and air cooler has improved your setup. Gaming temperatures have risen significantly—peak temps now reach 80°C to 85°C during load, while idle stays around 45-50°C. The Cinebench score of 17325 with a max of 86.5°C is impressive, but those high temps might be noticeable. Let me know if you need further advice.

These temperatures are perfectly acceptable for Ryzen 7000 processors. They’re built to reach a thermal threshold of 95 before any issues arise. Watch these two videos for more details. Timestamp the GN video. My 7700x stays between 70-87°C during gaming now, which is normal. The AM5 CPUs from AMD took some time to settle into this range, but they stand out from other chips on the market.
