The details don't mention a Windows Insider release. It's the Fall Creator Update, version 1709, which is the newest official release for Windows 10.

Launch your computer again, then attempt to use the Windows Update Troubleshooter (Start > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Windows Update)
