I used both my keyboard and mouse on two USB 3.0 ports, but they rarely connected to iCUE. They’re currently being assisted by Corsair, who suggested updating the drivers. I’m unsure if that fix worked because it didn’t change things. My issue seems to be related to repeatedly plugging and unplugging them while trying to connect, which causes them to stop responding. I have to enter BIOS and toggle legacy USB support. My motherboard is a Gigabyte Z390 GAMING PRO WIFI.

Did you set up the motherboard's chipset drivers? These often include the latest USB updates, which should already be part of Windows 10. I had to install USB 3.0 drivers once before on a Windows 7 version since they weren't built-in.

I'm pretty sure I did that—I visited their website and saved the Intel chipset driver file.
