I just observed this today and I'm still unsure if it's just beginning. Every time I leave a fullscreen program—mainly games—I notice my wallpaper updates. It was set to change once daily, but it changed three times today after exiting different games. It's not a major issue, but it's puzzling. It doesn't happen when I use alt-tab or if I end a game while still in fullscreen, only when exiting from inside a game seems to trigger it. Could there be a keyboard shortcut I'm pressing while playing? Am I the only one experiencing this?
Well... it seems like there are still some issues left in Windows 10 that need fixing. If it were the only problem, I’d be thrilled to be stuck with it... (I actually fixed Windows 10 before I even started browsing the web!)
