I'm looking for someone to assist with a Windows update issue. On Wednesday, April 2019, a cumulative update for Windows 10 version 1903 (KB4495666) was released for x64 systems. However, when attempting installation, I encountered the error: Error 0x8e5e0147.

Open Windows Update Troubleshooter via Start > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Windows Update. After completion, restart your PC and attempt the update once more.

Press the Windows key, type "cmd", open the command line, and choose to run as administrator. Enter the following: net stop wuauserv cd %Windir%\SoftwareDistribution del /f /s /q Then restart net start wuauserv and try the updates again.
