Update the BIOS of MSI B450M-A PRO Max without the processor.

Hello, I’m looking to purchase a new setup featuring a Ryzen 5 3600 and an MSI B450M-A PRO MAX. I learned that updating the BIOS might require an older CPU model. However, some motherboards support Flashback updates. Could you advise if it’s possible to boot this rig without replacing the CPU just for a BIOS update?

All MSI boards ending with "max" enable your CPU's maximum output on the device. This information came from the MSI website.
