The Ryzen 3 3200G should work with your B450 DS3H, but you’ll need to update the BIOS to support the newer CPU model.
Check if the image is present on the motherboard box. If it is, you can install the 3600 right away. If not, the 3200G might not boot at all, though it could still be worth a shot.
The motherboard case has the feature visible, yet when I attempt to upload all fans, they spin up and the lights activate on the board, but the display remains blank on the monitor.
When the 3600X isn't working, the 3200G can't boot either because the BIOS doesn't support the 3000 lineup. You'd have to find a 2000-series chip or have a local shop modify it for you.
Go directly to the motherboard—it won’t work that way. Verify the video card power is connected, and ensure your monitor is using the correct input. Also, inspect all cables; they should be 24-pin, 8-pin EPS, and the GPU must have at least a PCIe 6+2 pin power connection.
