I've shared this problem before—it's been inconsistent, like a phone, but now it's really bad (just like the ATM). I have a video so you don't have to describe it in detail; it's linked below. It will start up, heat up strangely, then shut down on its own. Should I take it to a repair shop?

The warranty or Care+ service will handle this problem. It seems the CPU is overheating, possibly causing software issues. Have you tried resetting the device?

The device may have software problems or an app caused a crash. It's safe to reset it to factory settings to confirm the issue before they send it to Samsung, which would leave you without a phone for a few weeks.
