You might not need any changes if the device works after building it, but if it fails due to an unsupported CPU, updating the BIOS is possible. The board could come with updated BIOS that supports the AGESA code for Zen 3.
It's hard to tell for sure if it starts properly. From what I understand, you'll need the EPS power and a 24-pin connection, which should be enough. A monitor or a mouse and keyboard aren't necessary.
