I'm not sure about the latest updates, but it seems to be a question about 4K streaming performance at 60 FPS. You might want to check the service's official announcements or community forums for the most current info.

Most options for video cards supporting 4K at 60 fps are limited. You’ll also need dual 4K displays to fully appreciate the visuals. Using a non-premium router can cause performance issues, as can overloaded CPU resources during encoding and decoding.

Playing at 4K downscaled to 1080p is equivalent to using the original 4K resolution. With an NVIDIA DSR, you should be able to achieve 4K on your TV if your monitor was downscaled from 4K.
