You might insert the installer directly into the ISO file. Alternatively, refer to Microsoft's guidance here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help...te-history. Another option is the older method detailed at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows...npe-images. The current version is still functional despite being outdated.

This would depend on the specific setup, but generally it should work with Server 2012 R2 if the requirements are met.

It's impressive how the Win10 media utility fetches the latest Windows version along with all updates at the moment you use it. However, this was in 2012, a different time.
