Details: Mobo model MPG B5501 GAMING EDGE MAX WIFI CPU AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D Power supply NZXT H1 (V2) 750w gold RAM 32gb T-force DarkZ(2x16 3200mhz) Graphics card RTX 4060 Cooling NZHT H1 (V2) Liquid cooler Storage NVME WD_BLACK 1Tb 5150MB/s Initially, after upgrading CPU I flashed BIOS with new specs and everything proceeded smoothly reaching full progress. However, the system froze into a black screen for hours. I restarted the PC but it still wouldn’t boot. The motherboard stayed lit with the Dram light. I tried moving RAM slots or using only one slot, but nothing changed. I also swapped to another RAM module without success. This is urgent—I need the PC functional for work. The issue appeared before BIOS update, everything worked fine then. No screenshot was taken after updating BIOS; it didn’t post even in BIOS settings. Please help!

You can try a fresh restart of your system again. If you still lack access, consider checking your network settings or contacting support for further help.

Use the BIOS flashback tool on the motherboard to reset the system without the CPU or memory installed. Refer to the owner's manual for the steps. If it fails, obtain a CH341A programmer.

It appears the system is functioning normally now, but after about ten minutes it has stopped displaying images or turning off. Pressing the power button on the case doesn’t work, and no information lights are showing on the motherboard.

Verify the BIOS matches your motherboard model. This is especially important for ITX boards, as the BIOS file differs from ATX versions.

Additionally, you're downloading the BIOS updates from the provided link. Have you attempted the BIOS update that initially enabled support for the 5800X3D? This would correspond to version 7C92v19.

I understand the situation, I’ve got some knowledge about PCs too. I’ll check the BIOS file from that site and for the ITX model I’ll attempt an update to 7C92v19, then I’ll come back. Thanks!
